I teach mindful Hatha Yoga classes.

I invite awareness and compassion to flow with you through the class and out into the world.

I have a background in Hatha Yoga, Shiatsu, Qigong, and a deep interest in Buddhism.

I interweave practices across these areas with mindful awareness and a flexible approach
that enables each body to seek its own way.

Each class has a theme that enables deep engagement and embodied learning.

All levels of experience welcome.
