About Me

“How do we meet ourselves with deep kindness?”

Sarah O’Donoghue

I guide people to be with themselves in a supportive, held environment.

I have a Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies, and have been working with curiosity and joy for over 10 years.

I am a yoga teacher. I have had the privilege to be guiding yoga classes and workshops for 14 years. Recently I have become an Opensky Qigong facilitator, discovering gentle yet powerful practices that are accessible to all.

I am interested in women’s physical and mental health. I have done further yoga studies in pre and postnatal yoga care, and shiatsu for pregnancy.

I am currently participating in an intensive Pranayama (breath/ life force) training, “Breath of the Heart”.

I have a deep curiosity in learning and allowing my knowledge to be embodied.
